This made-to-order version offers the same removable, interchangeable shoe attachment system as our ready-made collection—except every design is created specifically for your request.

Whether it's your own artwork, a logo, a favorite character, a mascot, or a completely original concept, we'll work with you to transform it into a Frame By Frame shoe attachment.

Before We Begin

Every custom order requires a design review and your approval before production begins.

After placing your order, please upload your reference files and provide complete design instructions. We'll review your request, clarify any questions if needed, and contact you by email to finalize the design before giving production the go-ahead.

Production will not begin until the design has been approved by both you and our team.

Please make sure the email address used for your order is active, as this will be our primary method of communication.

What to Include

For each design, please provide:

• Design name or label
• Quantity
• What is it? (Original artwork, fan art, logo, character, mascot, etc.)
• How should we make it?
  • Recreate the uploaded image as closely as possible, or
  • Use the uploaded image as a reference to create a new design in Frame By Frame's style.
• Additional notes
  (Colors, requested changes, text edits, sizing priorities, or anything else we should know.)

The more information you provide, the smoother and faster we can process your order.

Sizing

Finished designs are typically produced between 2 cm and 1 inch.

The final size is determined by our team to achieve the best overall appearance and readability. Designs that contain fine details or text may be enlarged when necessary.

Production Timeline

Because every piece is made to order, production only begins after design approval.

Estimated production time is 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Larger orders or more complex requests may require additional production time.

While we work hard to complete orders as quickly as possible, manufacturing is handled by our production partners, so exact completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

Very thick, rigid, or non-standard shoelaces may not be compatible.

• Remove before machine washing footwear.
